I have been part of the Consenta family for over 2 years now, and of all the companies in my 14+ years of work life, this has been the most fulfilling and invigorating experience. The entire team is one big family, all the members including the directors are very approachable and we can have open and frank discussions. Lot of emphasis is given on work life balance and open communication. The directors and India head are very empathetic and take care of the needs and comforts of their employees. Being a part of Consenta has been a great pleasure and privilege for me. Until I joined Consenta, I wondered why people called their workplace their second home. Since I set foot into Consenta in 2016 as a Senior Software Engineer, working with Consenta has been a wonderful experience and demonstrating my firm commitment and contributions towards Consenta. I joined Consenta ltd as a Financial Administrator for more than three years now and have enjoyed and appreciated the company’s positive work culture with client first ethics. I have worked with Consenta India for 3 years as Financial Administrator. I can say that Consenta India is one of the best employers I have ever worked with. The founder and management team are innovative in there management style. They give opportunities to a individual person skills and ability to learn not on their official degree or credentials. In Consenta they gave me opportunity to develop my skills and knowledge and help me to achieve it. I relocated to North America, so I had to leave Consenta.

I started my journey in Consenta Ltd as a Financial Administrator in the year 2018 and it has been a wonderful journey since then.
