With over 33 years in the regulated financial planning industry, Vijay has always believed advisers should be free to focus on clients—not paperwork. Frustrated by the rising costs of recruiting paraplanners in short supply and the time lost to admin, he set up a dedicated back office in India in 2011—a pioneering move that laid the foundations for Consenta. What began as a personal solution has become a collaborative platform supporting UK-based advisory firms with everything from admin to paraplanning—streamlining operations so advisers can grow confidently and sustainably. Outside of work, Vijay serves as Chairman of North Middlesex Golf Club and is passionate about supporting education for underprivileged children.
